In March 2025, Yisong launched its first-generation high-speed die rubber installing machine.It used pre-die-cut straight strips of various lengths and widths, and the software then matched these strips to the graphics for pasting. Although this first-generation high-speed machine was fast and generated no material waste, its obvious shortcoming was the need for pre-die-cutting of raw materials, and the large number of strips could make further efficiency improvements difficult.

To address this, Yisong initiated iterative R&D for a second-generation high-speed die rubber installing machine. This new model positioned itself to use full sheets of flat rubber material with double-sided adhesive, adopting a method of automatically cutting small straight strips and directly gripping and pasting them. After more than six months of R&D and improvement, the second-generation high-speed prototype was completed.

At the end of October 2025, Yisong officially launched the second-generation high-speed die rubber installing machine. The first two units were supplied to customers in Zhongshan and Foshan, and were exhibited at the Foshan Exhibition on October 30.

The second-generation high-speed machine features an automatic feeding mechanism. It automatically picks up flat rubber sheets from the magazine onto the cutting platform. First, it cuts long straight strips according to the required strip width automatically calculated by the software, then sends them to the cutting station, where it automatically cuts short straight strips to the required length based on the pasting position. After that, it sends the strips to a release liner removal mechanism, which automatically removes the double-sided adhesive release paper and supplies the gripping mechanism for picking and pasting.

This second-generation high-speed machine automatically adapts to the die graphics, automatically cuts, removes release paper, and pastes. It not only eliminates the need for pre-treatment of rubber material but also saves gluing time. It is faster, more powerful, and ideally suited for application scenarios that require replacing manual cutting and pasting of straight strips.

The second-generation high-speed machine achieved great success at the Foshan Exhibition, receiving high praise from many customers.
