March 4, 2026 – At the Guangzhou Printing Exhibition, Yisong Die Rubber Installing Machine officially unveiled two new models: the CutFit Plus and the new CutFit Pro.Both new models feature the innovative [EasyLink] design. The new CutFit Pro adopts a dual-station “cutting + pasting” configuration, while the CutFit Plus splits into dual cutting stations and an independent pasting station. Through coordinated dual-beam operation, production efficiency is significantly improved—doubling or more compared to the standard single-beam model.

In addition, both new models, along with the new standard version, are upgraded to integrate the [EasyApply] and [EasyPick] modules.

The [EasyApply] module enables the rubber installing machine to use Yisong’s pioneering EasyApply adhesive sponge material, which is pre-coated with hot melt adhesive and bonds quickly upon heating. This innovation eliminates the many drawbacks of the gluing process, achieving higher pasting quality, lower cost, and easier maintenance.

The [EasyPick] module is a gripping mechanism upgraded to a multi-needle design, capable of gripping larger rubber strips. This greatly reduces the number of strips to be generated, cutting time and gripping cycles, thereby significantly boosting production efficiency.

At the same time, we have upgraded the software system to realize flexible control of the [EasyFlex] mode. It not only cuts/pastes shaped strips but also supports all-straight strip cutting/pasting. As a result, we are phasing out the old high-speed model launched in 2025. On our new standard, flagship, and new high-speed models, the all-straight strip cutting/pasting mode is fully integrated, allowing users to freely choose strip patterns and flexibly manage material waste, efficiency, and quality.

At this exhibition, the three Yisong models received high praise from all customers. No customer complained about material waste or production efficiency—genuine trust has been earned!
