Model Introduction：
Integrates detection, cutting, gluing, heating, and pasting into one. It uses flat sheet rubber materials without adhesive or with EasyApply adhesive. After cutting, it either applies glue to the pasting position on the die plate or grips the rubber strip for bottom heating, and then pastes it onto the die. The entire process is fully automatic without manual intervention.
Reference rubber installing efficiency (double-sided full pasting along the knife line): 11–14 meters of knife line per hour (22–28 meters of rubber strip per hour).
