Model Introduction：
Integrates detection, cutting, gluing, heating, and pasting into one. It uses flat sheet rubber materials without adhesive or with EasyApply adhesive. The model adopts an [EasyLink] structural design featuring “dual cutting stations + cutting and pasting as independent mechanisms”. The dual cutting stations can independently and alternately cut rubber strips for the same die or different dies in batches, effectively saving cutting waiting time, allowing cutting and gripping & pasting to operate continuously and simultaneously, significantly improving production efficiency.
Reference rubber installing efficiency (double-sided full pasting along the knife line): 17–25 meters of knife line per hour (34–50 meters of rubber strip per hour)
