The era of die rubber installation using liquid adhesive is being transformed.
Stringing, slipping, tedious maintenance, time-consuming selection… the various drawbacks of traditional adhesive-based rubber installation not only affect efficiency but also restrict quality. Yisong innovatively introduces the EasyApply rubber installation process, using hot melt adhesive coating technology to coat rubber materials, completely eliminating the inherent defects of liquid adhesives, making the rubber installation process more efficient, cleaner, and more reliable.
Hot Melt Adhesive Coating — Simple Process, Lower Cost.
The process uses the EasyApply Adhesive Coating Machine. Hot melt adhesive is fed in, applied via rollers, and the rubber material is coated in a single pass. Simple operation, high production efficiency, enabling large-volume coating in a short time, with overall costs lower than traditional double-sided adhesive rubber materials.
Compact and powerful, the EasyApply Adhesive Coating Machine fits on a desktop, saving space with flexible convenience. Paired with the Yisong Die Rubber Installing Machine, it provides a more complete supporting solution for rubber installation production.
Operating Steps:
| 1. Set temperature, coating thickness, etc. on the coating machine, add granular or liquid adhesive for automatic heating to a viscous state. Feed non-adhesive rubber material into the machine. | 2. The machine automatically and rapidly completes coating and drying to produce EasyApply Adhesive Rubber Material, ready for use. | 3. Load the EasyApply Adhesive Rubber Material into the Die Rubber Installing Machine, set the "heating" mode in the software, and complete rubber installation. |
