Model Introduction：
Integrates detection, cutting, gluing, heating, and pasting into one. It uses flat sheet rubber materials without adhesive or with EasyApply adhesive. The model adopts a dual-station [EasyLink] structural design, featuring two sets of “cutting + gripping & pasting” mechanisms, which are independent yet capable of coordinated operation. It can perform simultaneous operation on one die using both stations, or each station can independently handle “cutting + gripping & pasting” on different dies. The dual-station [EasyLink] structure flexibly controls the “overlap, staggering, and simultaneity” of cutting time and pasting time, significantly improving machine production efficiency.
Reference rubber installing efficiency (double-sided full pasting along the knife line): 22–28 meters of knife line per hour (44–56 meters of rubber strip per hour)
